A few options to dive into real estate after getting your license
Now that you have your real estate license, what do you do? You have a few options, and I’m here today to share those with you.
One thing you can do is join a property management company. You could also invest and try to manage those properties on your own; you just need to be under a broker. The important thing is to think about your actions with the end in mind. Is this something you’re going to make a career, or are you only doing it halfway? If it’s the latter, you may need to make a change.
